Excellent service and attention. Entire staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Urgent Care facility was very clean and lighting cheerful (which helps when you’re at a medical location). I will definitely return if I need another Urgent Care visit.

Came down with a bug of some sort, decided to come down to rule out strep. I was told it was a 2-2.5 hour wait time. Ugh, fine. Alice at registration was fantastic. She was patient, thorough, and most importantly… welcoming. I sat down after registering and had enough time to put my receipt away and was called to a room! The assistant that took info and vitals was very nice and made me feel more at ease (I didn’t directly catch her name but the computer said Victoria, so hopefully that’s her). I waited maybe 15-20 minutes for my results. Dr. Singh came in, let me know everything, got my prescription, and I was off. Less than an hour total time spent there. Will happily be back!

Always a pleasant experience with Sutters Urgent Care. Staff is always fast and efficient. Even when the wait time shows 1.5/2 hrs it only has taken me half that long to be seen. That’s always a plus . Thank you Sutter

I was at the Urgent care just a few days ago. I noticed that that the lobby had a few patients waiting to be seen. I checked in, and was told the wait time was going to be 3 hours. I was shocked. I ended up going to Sutter Memorial Emergency. I had a very long wait as well. I sat in the Lobby for 10 hours. I am very disappointed at Sutter. I am a retired employee of Sutter Gould, and was so frustrated to have such long a long wait. There were at least 100 people who had long waits in the Emergency. It is something out of a scary movie.

Sutter Urgent Care hands down has the best service! The nurses and doctors took care of me to the fullest extent and made sure to test me for all possible flu, rsv, covid and chest x-ray. The only place to go for accurate medical care. Sutter has an A+ team!

The Dr was very nice and took her time. However at check in I asked if I could wait (approx 2hours) in my car. The receptionist said of course and verified my phone number. After 90 minutes I went in to check on the wait time and was told I was taken off the list because I was not in the waiting room when they called my name. The receptionist did not mark that I should be called. I would be checked back in but put in line again. Another hour at least. I was worked in but the total time was over four hours.

I was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered the building. She informed that it would be a 3-4 hour wait. It actually only took 2 hours and I was seen by a very friendly doctor, assessed purposefully, and was home to rest quickly.

Wait time wasn't bad, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The Doctor had a great bedside manner and was clear about what was wrong and what the treatment was. It's hard to ask for more than that when at urgent care.
